RETURNS

REFUNDS & RETURNS

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE PIECES?

Handmade items reveal the mark of the maker and there are small idiosyncrasies in each piece. All items are checked and packaged extremely well to guarantee they are in perfect condition before they are sent. Please select your pieces carefully, as refunds are only offered when the piece is faulty and not for changing your mind. Exchanges for rings can be made if you order the wrong size and it's within two weeks of purchase or receiving the returned artwork. All exchanges must be returned in the same condition and packaging as it was received and within two-weeks of purchase. If you return something that is faulty, you will be credited the shipping cost.

DO YOU REPAIR JEWELLERY?

Purchased items that are damaged due to circumstances that aren't the result of an inherent flaw in the jewellery or object, can be repaired at a fee of $80/hour + shipping. If an item breaks due to a flaw in the making process and is returned within 6 months of purchase, the piece can be repaired free of charge and you will be credited the shipping cost.
